A gift from J3 and J4

The students loved their chocolate crackles so much that we thought we would share the recipe on the blog so they can have a go at making them at home!

How to make Chocolate Crackles

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of rice bubbles
  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • 1 cup of coconut
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 250g of copha, melted (our teachers melted the copha for us in the microwave for 3 minutes before we started)

Steps:

  1. Tip your rice bubbles in your bowl
  2. Pour your icing sugar in too
  3. Put your coconut in too
  4. Put 250g of copha in to it
  5. Mix it all together
  6. Put it in your patty pans and then take them to the fridge
